Property Description (Main House)

The location is convenient too – only 7 minutes’ drive, or 20 minutes’ walk, from Orgiva town.

From this level, exiting left via the door to the exterior and passing through an ornamental arch, gives good access to the gardens.

The layout and décor of the cottage is bright and appealing. The lounge has a traditional look with painted cream stone walls and wooden beams. Double French doors look out to the swimming pool and the beautiful views beyond.
The lounge leads through to the kitchen and in turn the bathroom, which is clean and tidy and has a walk-in shower. There is a laundry room next door to the bathroom and then from here on to the bedrooms.
Both bedrooms are doubles and are decorated simply and attractively. A special touch is that both bedrooms have doors to a vine-covered dining patio.
