This property is set back from one of the main pedestrian streets in the village of Bayacas. There is parking a few minutes’ walk away as well as access to the main road coming in to the village.

The property is definitely in need of remedial and repair work to bring it up to a habitable state, but it also lends itself to more ambitious projects involving the conversion of the two separate parts of the property into one integral living space. This would be an ideal purchase for someone with the vision to redesign the space to their own specifications.

Interior:

Coming through the lower front door you enter the lounge which has access to the kitchen at one end and a bedroom at the other. Leading off the bedroom is the first of the bathrooms. The bathroom is fitted with toilet, sink and shower – the functionality of these appliances has not been checked.

From the lounge there is an arched entrance to the kitchen. The fitted kitchen is not repairable and would need removing and a new kitchen fitted. There is also evidence of water leak damage to this room which may require repair work to the beams and the plaster-work.

A set of exterior stairs leads to the second main entrance door. Once through the door, there are further stairs which bring you on to a hallway of the second floor. This hallway leads to a bedroom to the rear and into another bedroom at the front of the property. Both rooms are of reasonable size and suitable for a double bed.

The front bedroom is large and has French style doors opening onto the street below and an open fireplace. This bedroom leads on to a storage room, with built in cupboards, and then through to a second bathroom.

The second bathroom seems to have been more recently fitted out with sanitary ware including sink, toilet and bidet. It looks like a shower was in the process of being fitted.

Exterior:

This property is set back off one of the main pedestrianised streets of the village. It does not have any land or garden and the main entrance is set back from the main street, passing through a “tinao” to the front of the property. There are two separate doors, one to the ground floor and the other up some stairs to the first floor.
