Property Description
This property is in one of the main pedestrian streets of Bayacas and is close to the church and to the town parking (meaning easy access to the house with shopping etc).
Although it is definitely habitable in its current state, the property is competitively priced and would be ideal for someone looking for a manageable renovation project to bring out its full potential.
Interior:
Coming through the front door you enter the lounge which has access to the kitchen at one end and the bathroom at the other. There are stairs that lead up to the next level. The bathroom is functional, complete with toilet, bidet and bath with over bath shower.
The kitchen is basic and would benefit from refitting. Leading from the kitchen is another dining/salon room. All of these rooms are reasonably spacious.
Moving up to the second floor, the stairs bring you out onto a central hallway. To one side is a double bedroom (Bedroom 1) with a window onto the street below. To the other side, there is a second room (Bedroom 2) which in turn leads to the third bedroom (Bedroom 3). Both of these rooms have French style doors and Juliette balconies and are large enough to have double beds.
From the first floor hallway, there are steep steps up to the roof terrace room. This has space for storage and has low doors leading out to the small and the larger roof terraces. The small terrace has water and sink. The larger terrace has views of the town and the mountains that face the village.
Exterior:
This property is set along one of the main pedestrianised streets of the village. It does not have any land or gardens, but does have a lower floor (basement) which is accessed via a separate door on the street level. If the basement was to be used as part of the house, it would be possible to put an interior staircase from the basement up into the next level.
Services:
Mains water, Mains Electricity (Needs to be reconnected) and town drainage. The town has internet and telephone services which can be connected to the property with the appropriate contracts.
