Just a stone’s throw from the famous Albaicín area of Granada, this lovely light and airy apartment boasts fantastic views of the magnificent Alhambra and puts you right at the centre of the historic city.

This second floor apartment is in a solid and well maintained block offering a peaceful retreat from the activities and noise of the city. It also comes with shared access to the very quiet and secluded 5 x 4m swimming pool situated to the rear of the building.

On entering the apartment you come into a good sized living room / dining area, with 2 large French doors and Juliet balconies. The view, looking across to the Alhambra castle on the other side of the valley, is superb. Off to the left is a smart kitchen, fully fitted with modern appliances. The kitchen has its own set of French doors which can be opened for a lovely breeze whilst cooking.

This historic and picturesque lane is perfect for a pleasant walk along the river Darro. It takes you into the centre of Granada where you will find everything you need from banks to shops and restaurants.
